What this site collects, why, and how to ask about it.

Updated 18 October 2026

Pairti Pty Ltd (ABN 42 658 078 007) runs pairti.com.au. We use the Australian Privacy Principles (Privacy Act 1988) as our guide. This page explains what that means for this website in plain English.

What we collect

Emails you send us. The site has no forms. If you email us, for example to ask about a Diagnostic, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to include in the message.

Usage data. The site uses Google Analytics, through Firebase, to understand how pages are used. It sets cookies in your browser and records things like the pages you view, the links you click (including which pages lead to a Diagnostic email), your approximate location, and your browser and device type. Google processes this data for us.

Third party content. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, and some portfolio pages embed live demos from knoxhealth.ai. Those services receive your IP address and browser details when the content loads. The knoxhealth.ai demos do not set cookies.

Why we collect it

We use your email to reply to you and to talk about any work you ask about. We use usage data to see which pages are useful and to improve the site.

Where it is stored

Our email runs on our own mail server, hosted with Vultr in Sydney. Some of this data is stored by our providers outside Australia, including in the US: Google stores the analytics data, and Google (through Firebase) hosts this website.

How long we keep it

We keep emails as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows. Google Analytics keeps detailed event data for 2 months, and user-level data for 14 months after your last visit.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information. We don't use it for anything unrelated to the reasons above.

Cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.

Access, correction and deletion

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email grant@pairti.com.au and we will respond.

If you're not happy with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

Changes

We will update this page if what the site collects changes.
