Sustainable Alpha: Turning Ambitious Deal-Flow Ideas into a Credible Delivery Path

Sustainable Alpha operates in a complex space: sustainable finance, investor relations, curated deal flow, data rooms, email engagement, and AI-assisted triage. The work required a partner who could understand product intent, review the existing platform reality, and convert ambition into a disciplined delivery path.

Pairti provided review-led technical strategy across SavaP and SavaF, helping clarify what should be built, what should be stabilised first, and how AI could be integrated responsibly into customer-facing workflows.

Draft testimonial theme

Pairti brought senior technical judgement, rapid product thinking, and a practical understanding of what the business was trying to achieve. The work converted complexity into a clear, tailored delivery plan.

The Challenge

SavaP was already a substantial investor relations and deal management platform, with email campaigns, data rooms, contact management, audit trails, and analytics. At the same time, the team was considering major new feature proposals and a greenfield SavaF funnel for AI-assisted deal triage.

The risk was not a lack of ideas. The risk was too many high-value ideas competing for a small delivery team, with email deliverability, testing, CI/CD, architecture, and prioritisation all needing attention.

The Solution

Pairti approached the engagement through structured review and practical product architecture. The work mapped platform risks, team capacity, backlog shape, delivery waves, and build-versus-buy choices before pushing deeper into SavaF's AI-enabled triage model.

CTO Assessment and Risk Review

The review identified high-severity risks such as frontend test gaps, email deliverability, feature ambition exceeding team capacity, and limited QA process. This created a factual base for prioritisation rather than a preference-driven roadmap.

Delivery Waves

The backlog was structured into waves: stabilisation, core improvements, data room and platform work, and longer-term roadmap items. That sequencing made the work executable for a small team while preserving the strategic direction.

Build-Versus-Buy Guidance

Large proposals such as events, AI dashboards, and email automation were assessed against capacity, risk, revenue impact, and product core. The conclusion was not simply "build less"; it was to build where the platform creates differentiated value and integrate where the risk-reward balance is weaker.

SavaF AI Triage Model

For the greenfield SavaF funnel, Pairti helped shape a curator-organisation tenant model, structured thesis scoring, multi-reviewer workflows, AI as a reviewer, and promotion paths back into SavaP deal rooms and folders. The result was a product concept that could be discussed, challenged, and built from a clearer operating model.

The Result

The engagement produced practical technical clarity: what to stabilise first, how to sequence delivery, where AI belongs in the workflow, and how SavaF should relate to SavaP instead of becoming another disconnected system.

The value was in understanding what the client meant, not only what the backlog said. Pairti translated stakeholder intent into architecture, prioritisation, and product direction that could support customer-facing sustainable finance experiences with more confidence.
